I bought these canvases for a painting session with my niece— just a relaxing Sunday date at home — and we loved them. The fabric was stretched evenly, and the surface took acrylic paint really well without bleeding or warping. They feel sturdy but lightweight, and the size was perfect for both simple designs and more detailed pieces. We even framed one of them because it turned out so nicely! Definitely recommended if you want affordable but high-quality canvases for casual painting, gifts, or creative dates.

I ordered smaller ones for practice and larger ones for some paintings I'd like to do. I can't speak to how they compare to other canvas (in terms of use, texture, etc) as I am not an experienced painter, however, I can speak to the visual quality of the product. only 1 out of the 10 came with minor defects, there was what looked like pencil marks on the face (which I erased successfully with white eraser) and incidentally the frame on the same canvas has a small half-dime sized half-circle out of the side of the frame. The canvas still looks good though, and probably if you framed it you wouldn't really notice although it is a bit of a bummer that this defect would have been obvious before stretching canvas across it, should have been caught but it's no big deal overall. So basically all the canvases came in good shape, they seem thick enough, and uniform. they feel nice to the touch. As I said, as far as actual use, and texture I am not sure what constitutes good, but at first glance they seem nice quality to me. My large package was destroyed in shipping (not their fault, the package was actually completely busted to the point that ama's shipping company sent it back without even delivering it). I imagine these probably get damaged in shipping a lot, but that is again not really their fault, I would order well in advance though so you can return them until you get good ones. Edit: large 5 pack came as well and they are also in perfect condition. Very happy with the cost/product.

Great for the hobby artist. I personally wish they were a bit thicker but they work just fine. I can get great even coverage with no issues, colors pop and last and the canvases as a whole hold up really well. I’ve had some for years hanging up and have had no issues.

Ok, I'm an artist. An oil painter. I stretch my own canvas. Always linen and always perfect for whatever I'm going to paint be it a portrait, a landscape, still life, or... land's sakes ! a nude. These canvas are an incredible value for the money. First, ok... you're a painter, right? You wanna look at your painting surface first. It looks well primed and the surface is very interesting. I sort of looks like linen but it also looks like cotton. Hmmmm, "Linton??" Yeah, that's it! It's a cross between linen and cotton. It's wonderful to paint on. The stretcher bars are sturdy and there's a center bar for added support ( 18 x 24" ) of the canvas. The canvas was stretched perfectly. It's hard to get that right and these folks have. Pro tip... wet the back of the canvas with a mist of water... just get it slightly damp and let it dry overnight. Your painting surface will be nice and tight. Wonderful canvas. If there's a better value out there I don't know it.

I am a beginner at canvas painting. So cannot really compare with other boards. Its good for beginners though. Great value for money. My paintings were turning streaky, I am not sure it was the board or the liquitex basic paint. I had to apply a white base and paint multiple layers. Overall I am happy with the end result
