Narrow heels runs in our family. I used to buy other brands of a similar item for most all my flats and my daughters flats to keep them from slipping off when walking. It was getting too expensive, and sometimes had to put two to give enough snugness. Found these and they are perfect. My son now uses them in his vans style slip ons. The quality, value and color selection of this brand can't be beat. Will definitely purchase again!

So mad I didn't buy these sooner, they have saved so many of my shoes! The cushion is so nice and thick, they make terrible shoes soooo comfortable! Easy to stick in and have held up well so far, I will definitely buy more for the rest of my shoes!

Small comfortable cushions for my heels. Easy to attach, and peel and re-attach if needed. They stay put, so far. I already applied to 3 pairs of new shoes, no blisters. I will post updates after I use them for a while.

I used these for a few pairs of flats that rub at the back of my heel and they've been great so far! I've worn the flats a few times and haven't had any issues with the insert tearing up-the entire insert is supposed to stick to the inside of the shoes, none of it should be sticking up so I think that's where some people are going wrong with this product and why it's tearing up

The media could not be loaded.  I bought these to keep the heels from slipping off, even with two on top of each other my heel slips right over the pad and the shoes still fall off. I'm trying to grip the shoe with my foot to keep it on, but still no hold. The shoes are the correct size, but won't stay on.

I have purchased these twice now as my heels are very sensitive. They are durable and soft and do exactly what they are meant to do and stay in place after hours of walking around in the shoes. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

I have tried so many different versions of these and they all end up coming unstuck by the end of the day. These ones actually lasted me about a weeks worth of wears before coming undone. I’m not mad because for what I paid for them they definitely held up well.

Its a garbage for athletic shoes. It cant be stick on what I want to attach( hill side). I think 3M post it paper glue is stronger than this item. Don't waste of your money for this.
