Unreliable
The headphones worked well at first, but after about a month, they stopped working correctly. If you don’t turn them on immediately after you charge them, then they won’t turn on again until you plug them back up. Not reliable. Save your money.

Okay product
It’s just okay. We were excited about this nice deal, but sometimes it couldn’t pair with my phone or just doesn’t work after few days.

Nice while they lasted
I loved them very much but they have a short in them... These are my forth pair and I'm done... They were all great while they lasted but they didn't last as long as I thought... Wireless/cordless from now on!

Durable and Dependable brand
One of the best brand and product you can ask for. I have mine since 2016, still working like new with consistently submerged it in sweat.

Refurbished are not worth it
They were not in good condition. Several pieces were missing. And they started having trouble within a couple days. I’ve had several pairs of Jay it’s including this model new. Always worked fine for a long time. DO NOT BUY REFURBISHED!!!

Crappie wireless earbuds by Jaybird!
Product did not come with carrying pouch or instruction! They do not want to pair up with my iPhone or iPad! They are total junk!

My item didn't power on and it was disgusting, wish I would have read the reviews.
