Are these deep fried like potato chips?

They taste like potato chips but I think they are baked/Air dried /dehydrated

I don't think they are deep fried, no oily residue

How big is this in terms of bulk volume of containers or bags that I'd need?

I don’t recall how many bags I purchased but I think three woul fill a bit more than two gallon sized storage bags. I store mine in sealed glass containers. They’re as addictive as any other munchable❤️
