Stay Away, terrible customer service support
worst experience ever, the unit has never worked and i get no help from the manufacturer, for years I have gone back and forth with them, took it to a repair shop they suggested and he did nothing. Back and forth with e-mails to the, some suggestions on why it does not work. I have a $5K brick in my RV with no help from anyone to get it working.

The fans never worked hsince the day this was installed about a month ago.And no one from Norcold or the distribution company call back.

Received and did not work correctly. Freezer would get cold but refrigerator will not.
Do not purchase! I would give it less than 1 star if I could. We bought new thinking it would be the best way to go. No such luck. This Norcold 1210 did not work correctly from the moment it was installed. Freezer will get cold but refrigerator part does not. Totally 1000% dissatisfied with Norcold & United RV in Texas!!!

Doesn't work!!!!!!!!
Bought this, very disappointed, installed it in our Tuscany and it doesn't work,even bought the panels for the front,ugh, now waiting to hear if it can be returned or get refund also purchased a 2yr warranty,like it be any good..WISH I would have read the comments, now I'm out over 5000.00 and no refrigerator!!!

The picture is false advertisement. Please read the description!
The picture showed an ice maker which was the refrigerator I was trying to replace. When it arrived, it didn’t have the ice maker in it! I was not aware the the Norcold 1210 came with or without the ice maker. Due to the time it took to get here I didn’t have time to send it back and get the right one before we needed it.
