Performs as expected

The 30-pound slam ball cost $39.38 before tax, which translates to roughly $1.31 per pound. While this represents a reasonable value, an ideal price point for me would be closer to $1.00 per pound. The textured surface offered good grip, with minimal slippage observed even when my hands were sweaty. Importantly, the slam ball exhibited minimal bounce upon impact, making it suitable for use in a home gym setting without creating excessive noise. In conclusion, this slam ball presents a fair value proposition and I would recommend it for those seeking a functional training tool.

The smooth surface is the key to being able to effectively use products like this. It is a great addition to any home gym. Keep your eye out for price, but quality had been proven to be exception at this point.
