The Bottle of resin i bought dried in less then a month without hardner, why do we need hardner?

The resin has to be used within 3 months of purchase. The bottle of resin has to be kept away from direct sunlight and water. as well as make sure that hardener doesn't come in contact with hardener.

Can i use this for making car speaker enclosure??

Yes you can but you should have silicon die for that
