What a difference, used to take 2 of us to make sausages with the electric sausage maker but now I can do it on my own with much more control and speed, cannot believe how much quicker it is to use a hand cranked stuffer over the electric one. On arrival just gave it a wash in warm soapy water to remove the oil, disinfect the work surface, attach the handle and spout & fill with 3ltrs of meat, fit the skins and start cranking, so much easier than having to constantly feeding meat into the electric stuffer. 5 kilos of sausage in less than 15 minutes. Really well made, nice and heavy so does not move around and all stainless steel so does not rust and very hygienic, a must when handling raw pork. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good looking Stuffer that works *by G***H on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 March 2021* Having used the stuffer a few times now, I can say it is living up to expectations. It looks very smart and is very robust. The only problem I found using it was it needed clamps to hold it down when cranking the handle by myself. There wasn't any clamps provided. For such an expensive item, that is a mistake.
