Literally did nothing for me. No energy boost or any other change. I thought because of all the scientific mumbo-jumbo behind it that it wasn't just glorified salt water... I was wrong. I can't believe that I paid all that money for... Salt water. I'm such an idiot. With that being said, every BODY is different.

Been taking for about a month now, every day. Can say that I am 100% sure my sleep, recovery and energy level are higher. After years of hormone issues due to a kidney transplant, I can say that they seem to be 100% back on track or far closer than before - Libido and even facial hair coverage/growth has increased, which would seem to imply my male (test) hormone levels are increased without a doubt.

These were ok. I did not feel any benefits, but that may come over time and not out of the small amount included here.

I use this product for hydration/replenishment in higher altitude areas (Colorado) and find it very helpful!This 3.3 version is more salty than the lower numbers but still easy to drink!
