If you’re using the moisturizer by itself I’m pretty sure you can use it everywhere external. **Q: Does this product contain artificial fragrance?** A: The package says 'natural botanical extracts hydrate. Allantoin soothes and Aloe Vera heals, while Vitamins A,C and E nourish and protect.' And then there is a long list of ingredients you would need to be a chemist to know what they are. The experience of the aroma is pleasant and mild and dissipates quickly, as well as the cooling sensation of the balm.
