Cold Compress Cucumber Mask

My skin is way too sensitive to practically all products I put on my face. Especially moisturizers, serums and face Masks. I bought this and there was no my face turning pink nor was there any irritating itching. I loved this so much that I bought one of the mini skincare packages and even the moisturizer AND serum was amazing! 🥰 No irritation at all. But just because it worked for me, doesn't mean it'll work for everyone. So I suggest buying a small amount at first ♡

This is a sticky belly substance that has a slight smell to it. It's not a strong smell, nor a bad one but not amazing either. It says to leave a thick layer on for 15 mins. Once this is done you need to remove. I have to use a wet papertowl and softly wipe to remove the clump away but some of it still lingers. I will just rub in the left over to help nourish the skin.

I had to find a new skincare line. I searched Amazon and I found Clarity RX. The Cucumber Mask was my first choice and it is A TOTAL DELIGHT !!!!! I have since started ordering more of their products for my aging 1970s no SPF lifeguard skin !!!!!

I didn’t notice a drastic difference after using all of the product; however they provided temporary relief by cooling once applied. Once removed my skin felt hydrated. I think are others out there that have the same effect for cheaper.

Yes, I saw "fragrant oil" in the ingredients list. And it was also the fourth to last ingredient, which means it usually won't present a problem for most skin types... But this was like rubbing straight eau de perfume onto my skin. I couldn’t believe how strong the fragrance was. (Also-VANILLA? Really? Vanilla is certainly a choice in a cucumber product.) Please tell me what strong fragrance is doing in a mask meant to soothe sensitive skin? It's maddening because the other ingredients in this gel are top-notch. If anything, it's a reminder that formulation matters just as much, or more, than the ingredients. I could overlook the fragrance for ten minutes if the mask worked as intended–and it does not. My face reddened immediately into splotches on my chin and cheeks. While it didn't burn exactly, my skin tingled and felt "raw," for lack of a better word. It wasn't cooling, calming, or hydrating. Just unpleasant. And so very disappointing. I'm a sucker for cucumber in skincare. I wanted to love this, was waiting to love this... It had even been on my wishlist for months until I snagged it as a Prime Day deal. Oh well.
