Yes, it came with a little charm as well. I don't use mine so I forgot to mention it in my review.

Would makeup wash off of these or are they then stained?

Make-up should wash off. I would use the same makeup wipes for your face.

Anyone try these for children's Halloween costumes? Do they fit kid ears?

I have tried them both on my 2 and 4 year old and they will lay on their ears but wont stay on if they move around. They stayed perfectly on adult ears. I'm sure glue might help stay on the kids ears(4-up) though, which we didnt use.

Do they come for darker skin tones??

The only ones I got were tan and pale white. I didn’t look to see if there were different colors
