Freee by Doves Farm Gluten Free and Organic Red Lentil Penne Pasta 250g (Pack of 6)

This pasta is gluten free as it is grain free. I prefer to cook it in extra water for a long time (15 mins) to make it softer as otherwise is can be too dense for my liking - but that is personal taste. Good product for those of us avoiding grains.

enjoying this too much at the minute. Pretty much see it as a win for the price as you can have it with some sauce and dont have to worry about adding a source protein cause the protein is in the pasta which actually makes the pasta good for the money!Only negative, water looks weird when you cook it as the water goes abit frothy. Maybe washing before boiling would work but I'm too lazy for that. And its texture is slightly different, abit harder I'd say? Nice though.

So much tastier than wheat, and its organic, this is by far my favourite pasta.

I wish they used any kind of rice or binding element to make this pasta a “kind of pasta” and not just a grainy, crumbly, dry, food.Very sad - as I loved this brand’s brown rice pasta (sometimes even more than the classic one) and I was really looking forward to a protein-rich option. I wouldn’t suggest this to anyone.

Great product, tastes just like pasta ....which is great! Really good use by date June 2022. Will buy again for sure.
