I originally got this for salad dressing, but I didn't care for it that way. It's odorless, but I can taste it, and it wasn't the flavor profile I wanted. That said, I've been adding it to my protein drinks, and I can't even tell it's in there. I want to try it in my coffee next!

Part of my ketogenic diet. A bit in my coffee in the morning to hopefully awaken and rev up my mind. Not a scientific assessment, of course, but I do like the addition of it in my coffee, knowing that it is of benefit to the brain. I have a subscription for it.Apparently the science is not yet in on whether MCT oil actually improves cognition or not. It's a healthy oil, so I'll consume it in the meantime, just in case. I can use all the help I can get. :)Edit: welllll, when I put the oil in my coffee, an hour later it makes my gut unhappy. Tried decreasing amounts for several weeks, and still had cramping and worse. Adding cream to my coffee did not help.But I discovered that when I pour a quarter to half a teaspoon in my yogurt, no problem. If a reader is having intestinal issues after consuming MCT oil, perhaps a drizzle on yogurt or some other food could buffer the intestinal effect?

Good oil light coconut flavor in my opinion. Easy to swallow if taking unmixed & good tasting with that slight coconut flavor. Add it to my coffee every morning. Good addition to salad as well. For those starting keto a good staple to have on hand!

Great product! I like the pouring spout on the cap. I would have given it 5 stars, but the bottle arrived with the inner seal slightly loose and oil on the packaging paper.

Just started to use this, so far I feel it works well. I use it for my dressing.

Definitely quick energy; mental boost especially. Tasteless, mixes with any food or beverage I have tried.The only problem was that the box arrived with oil stains all over the internal packing and the outside box; indicating significant leakage. I did not want to take the time and bother to call about this, but I would appreciate a replacement bottle.

I bought one more bottle just to make sure it might be work I still feel the same I'm used to the taste now I don't pour it on my food every morning I put some on a spoon and that's it ..you smell nothin you taste nothing

I read this is very good for your brain fog. I ordered this a few times and I can't say I feel much different. I will try one last time. But I feel its false advertising.
