They are 670-1 compliant. **Q: do these run big or small? I am usually in-between a medium and large? Thanks in advance.** A: I'd recommend the large for freedom of movement. The medium ones are form fitting and restrictive on my 165 lb 5'8" frame. **Q: How long are the medium? how long are the large? will they stay tucked in over my belly? (i'm 6'1", 230 lb, size 34 pants--vanity sizing, i'm sure…)** A: I'm a little under six feet tall and about 185 lbs, and the large fits me well. You may want to consider an extra large. I hope that helps. **Q: I am a female in the military. I am 5’8” and 135 pounds. What size would you recommend?** A: I'm 5'10 185 kinda top heavy in the chest. Not stomach. Med if your chest and arms are bit fuller, small if you are more petite. I'm not in the military, but I use them for the gym.
