Plumber had trouble fitting, the easy fix fitting is a bit like a child proof medicine bottle cap, think he couldn't get it to engage but possible user error! Quality is fantastic. Works well, spray function and being able to move the head wherever you want is brilliant. I like the fact the water is controlled by one lever not one each for hot and cold. Now you can have the water come out at the temperature you want much easier as you know where to set the lever, eg for hand washing without it either being cold or getting too hot once the water heats up in the combi boiler. No issues with dripping or leaks as some other reviews. Been installed for a month. Spray function also easy and ergonomic to turn on and off, also turns off when you turn the flow right down or off, handy so it is turned off for when you next use tap, which avoids splashing as it is quite powerful on full. Wife thinks flow rate slightly slower on normal setting, I'm not sure, might appear so as less aerated, she could be right? However, it's fast enough. Certainly very fast on full on spray setting.

Final verdict: after 3 years it works and looks as good as new. It becomes the most shiny part of the kitchen after 3 years and the only one piece that doesn’t get worn at all. Really impressed with it. Bought on 25th Sep 2022. It deserves I check back to give it a final solid verdict of 5 stars. Don’t go for other taps; just buy this one. You won’t get disappointed and won’t use any other taps anymore. ————- It looks good when newly fitted for the past couple of days. But noticed it needs a better water pressure. For some reason our water pressure looks too weak. I feel it is a bit over priced. ——— Updated after a month: really good quality. East to make it mostly shining clean. Not sure how to clean the internal pipe within the coil. In short it looks good and really easy to use. I like it. Deserves a 5 star so far.

We bought this tap as a replacement for another that we'd bought a year and a half ago and which had caused us nothing but trouble ever since we got it. What a relief! Grohe taps are well-made and reliable (we have several) and this one is no exception. It has what can only be described as a dense flow - it appears slow but is not (you can tell by how quickly it fills a kettle) and the spray function is fantastic for washing salads and for rinsing off pans before washing. All in all, you pay for what you get and this tap is definitely worth the extra.

Not suitable for UK where many areas lack sufficient water pressure and flow to make this tap useful. Complete waste of money.

Love this tap it looks great in my kitchen, very solid. Arrived very quickly my only negative is this will not fit a standard UK pipe it’s 3/8 and most UK pipe work is 15 mm. you can find the pipe adapters on eBay or a plumbing center, I just wish I had know this when I bought it, I could then if bought them ready to get it fitted - otherwise it’s fab

This tap arrived with a faulty QuickFit nut. I contacted the after sales team by email. They replied the same day and shipped an alternative fixing method. The tap is very high quality. I should have removed a star for Grohe including a faulty nut in the original package but the UK after sales team really are on the ball.

I’d highly recommend theses taps. Easy to use, stay highly polished and they feel like a luxury standard. Love them.

When I try to install I found missed parts

nach langer Überlegung habe ich mich für diese Amatur entschieden. Hintergrund war eigentlich, dass die Baumarkt-Amatur, welche ich vorher installiert habe, den Geist aufgegeben hat. Und das nach 3 Jahren; naja, was will man von einer Baumarkt-Qualität erwarten. Die Installation ist denkbar einfach und spricht eindeutig für den hohen Standard von Grohe. Einfach die alte Amatur entfernen und die neue in das Loch stecken. Ein Plastikteil, gefolgt von einer Gummischeibe, einer großen Beilagscheibe und der Fixiermutter, mit zwei Schrauben, dann noch die Zuleitugen anschließen und fertig. Der rießen Vorteil an der Fixierschraube ist, dass man sie nicht mit einem Werkzeug anknallen muss, da die Kraft mittels der zwei Schrauben, welche man noch anziehen muss, auf die Unterlegscheibe übertragen wird. Die Unterlegscheibe funktioniert als Druckplatte und der Gummiring als Puffer, falls, durch zu rabiate Handhabung die Amatur, zu stark verbogen wird. Das Plasikteil, welches direkt auf der Unteseite der Spüle aufliegt, verteilt die Kraft großflächig, damit nichts verbogen wird. Abschöießend muss noch der Duschkopf montiert werden; nicht das kleine Sieb vergessen! Der Einbau hat mich keine 10 MInuten gekostet, als wirklich einfach. Die Qualität ist gigantisch und kann nur lobend erwähnt werden. Die Optik und Funktion sind Top.
