Amazon Elements Omega 3-6-9 Complex of Fish, Flaxseed and Borage Oil review
The omega 3-6-9 fish, flaxseed and borage oil supplements I had been using were nowhere to be found the last time I needed to place an order, so I ordered these. They seem similar, possibly identical, to what I had ordered before. My only issue is that the gel supplements are huge, and hard for me to swallow. I make a protein shake, snip the end off and squeeze the oil contents into the shake and blend. They don't really change the flavor, and it makes it easier for me. As to their effectiveness, it's subjective as are taking most supplements. You do what you think you need, and trust it is working.

they are all stuck together. cant get out of bottle.. and mouth of bottle is too narrow to try to get a finger in it.. why???

Smoother than usual and tasteless. There is little omega 6, which is better because it can block omega 3 absorption if someone already gets plenty of omega 6. And 3-6-9 supplements are like 20$ on average this is the best deal
