Are there any size for these kind of clothes? Especially plus sizes?

No. Sari can be worn by sizes ranging from xs-xxl just fine. I’m not sure if there’s longer saris for even larger sizes.

What does unstitched mean?

The fabric for the blouse is attached to the saree and must be cut and stitched separately.

Does the Saree come with stitched borders, so we can wear as is? Or do we need to remo the blouse piece and stitch borders?

The borders are fine as is and the pallu is beautifully tasseled too! You can wear it without cutting out the blouse piece. I did that.

Is this supposed to come with a blouse to wear under?

No u need a fitted shirt to wear under unstitched blouse is just an extra piece on material connected to the saree
