We purchased the bed on 5/30/2020. After a year, June of 2021, the remote stopped working. We tried removing the batteries, new batteries and other suggestions. Nothing worked. My husband called the company a few times and finally talked to Justin who asked us to send the receipt. It was sent on 8/5/2021. We haven't heard anything back. My husband has had 4 back surgeries and needs an adjustable bed. This would be perfect if he could actually adjust it.
