Salty, but good as a rub for Boston Butt
First and largest percent ingredient is salt. The lower sodium version was not available. Flavor was good on the Boston Butt. Made a decent bark. If not on a low sodium diet like me, it works well as a rub.

Great tasting rub, but the broken seal upon arrival was a disappointment.
Great rub from Harry Soo, shipping however popped the seal off and let some of the rub clump up. 5 stars for the rub, 4 stars because I could not return due to an opened seal.

This is my go to rub when I'm not doing my own thing. Tastes great on on just about any meat or poultry.

Devine Ribs
I love this rub. It is excellent on a rack of ribs. Use a pittboss pellet grill. Leave the rub on rack over night in fridge smoke the ribs for 3 to 4 hours. Wrap in foil boat with about a cup of apple cider vinegar cook for 3 hrs at 225. Remove from boat and grill at 350 for 20 minutes. Absolutely devine.

Hiya Harry Soo! great stuff Sir! I love the originality of this rub. Super awesome marriage of East Asian and Southwest US spices. Tried on a brisket but wasn't a big fan of it. (I mostly do the Texas style SPG) ....BUT..... hello! rubbed this "Love Meat Tender" on chicken and even my Thanksgiving day turkeys in the smoker and it is hands down amazing. Perfectly savory and a lil sweet. holy hell, game changer!! It's like that moment when they accidentally discovered penicillin while researching something totally different. Thanks Harry!
