Finally sleeping through the night without grogginess!
Finally, I can sleep through the night! I have two prescriptions from my doctor to help me sleep because I take a 24-hour medication during the day that makes it impossible to sleep without help. While those prescriptions got me to sleep, staying asleep was a different story. I find that this product does both. I've actually stopped using the prescription meds and only use this now. I sleep well and highly recommend it. I only take one pill and I don't feel groggy or foggy when I wake up, unlike with other medications.

The best
I will start by saying that what my opinion is, is based on having tried MANY many different brands. From grocery store name brands to some fly by night brands, to too high priced big deal ones that made me wonder what was in that?! These Puritan Pride melotonin is by far the best I have used. I plan on stopping here. I feel these are the best melotonin that doesn't give me any awful side effects like headaches or sleepiness during the day. I take fewer also. I do take 1 about 1/2 hour or so before bedtime and I feel it come on. Nothing extreme, but that nudge that says " hey, close your eyes now" A great solid reliable reputable company that has been around for a long time. I want to thank you Puritan Pride in giving us consumers a very good, clean, so fairly priced, efficient melotonin and I know I will stay with you on not only this item, but other health & beauty type items as well. I feel you care.

Read the ingredients b4 buying
It is not for you if you are vegetarian. Beef added. . (Bovine) but works fast with in 20 mins or less

Great deal- great product
10mg works great- just 1 and you slowly drift off to sleep and I dont wake up groggy. Good stuff.

Gives you first kick but not as effective
I've just started taking this because im lacking sleep lately and it does work, it gives you the first kick but it will not make you sleepy for longer hours. I've taken this coupes times and woke up only short couple hours and couldn't go back to sleep anymore.

Helps me sleep like a baby
Tried a few melatonin and this is the one that knocks me out. Been taking it for a few weeks now and i don't think there're any side effects

This is not vegetarian, product desc is false
they use Gelatin that is made from Bovine, this is not vegetarian and had to throw away the product. The seller is using wrong product description. Change the product desc as some people are really looking for vegetarian stuff and do not want any bovine stuff.
