I finally have enough USB ports for the first time in my life.
Wanna know how billionaires feel? Get one of these. I imagine it's a lot like that. There's a certain inimitable feeling of indulgent opulence I felt after I slammed this thing into the rack and finally had enough USB ports for the first time in my life. Searching for something negative, the only thing I can say is, it's rack mount, so they should have put the USB3-IN port on the back, not sticking out of the front where it's sloppy. On the back, it would be better protected and keep your rack looking cleaner. Ooh, and they could have stuck about eight ports in the rear for the stuff in your rack that takes them. That would be really slick. But that's all, quite minor, it's a really great piece of equipment. It looks nice, fit and finish is good and every stinkin' port rails just like it's supposed to. I heart this thing. My busy life is made easier by having this in it.

This is made of actual trash. Don't buy it.
I bought this thing many years ago, and it has been such a headache ever since. It never stays connected to my PC, half of the ports don't work half of the time. This is the most expensive paperweight I have ever purchased. The manufacturer should actually feel bad for designing, building selling and shipping. Something made so poorly to poor assuming consumers. I have owned this for years as I said and it is been messed up since day one. I probably should have returned this thing, but I had already had it all cable managed into my setup. I decided I'd stick it through. Worst mistake I've made in a long time. Do not buy this thing. Whatever you do.

More of a usb thru/extender but works great!
It works great buts more of an extender rather than a true midi hub. It receives data from a usb source but does not transmit back to a computer. You’ll need a usb hub that transmit data back and forth but works great if you have lots of devices that need to be hooked up to the computer just need to connect a small usb hub to the computer itself.

Dies slowly over time.
Some ports stop working. Problems with device drivers in windows 11. Worked great when I first got it, starts downhill from there. Save your money.

13 USB Ports for Techs or Music Studios
What they never tell you is whether or not it will work, so I had to try this. Most of my gear is 2.0 USB, with 4 pieces being 3.0 and only one piece is 3.1. I reviewed the products and decided I need a Rack Mount piece to integrate into the system. I'm very happy to report to all consumers that I have had no issues with ANY USB I have plugged in, including Phone, Watch, and I think it's a 1.1USB phone needing charged. The point is SEDNA has taken all the headache out of old installation ways of finding drivers and creating folders (kinda boring they did such a good job). Which is why I'm very surprised the "Rack Mount" portion did not come with machined screws and shouldn't be offered as a Rack Mount with little ears you can attach. Also shocking is the price tag for 13 Ports which is around 159.00 but make no mistake about it, when quality and performance comes into play this unit is perfect. Upon connecting cable from Computer to interface and providing Power, all ports are enabled and as you can see by the picture, I just started plugging things in and they all work fine. Currently, I seem to have an excess of ports available on the Computer which is the intent, but it's nice to know it was that easy.

Just Awsome!
I needed one more thing to fill up my channel racks and came across this. It worked out perfectly how I wanted to look and manage my wiring the best way I could. So glad someone created such a thing. I low key wish the USB where the the back for a cleaner look for my Studio Desk but I can manage. Thanks guys and ladies behind this build!

Does this transmit all 13 back to computer
User gmax1972 posted that this unit does not send data back upstream to the computer. Can this be right? If so it wont work in a music studio

Have purchased 2 units. First one was DOA and the second one is dead after less than 4 months of use
This has been a very poor product. First one DOA and the second is dead in under 4 months. NOT a quality product. Not reliable. I would give it a lower rating than one star if at all possible. I'm hoping to return this item but it isn't looking good for that. I'm afraid I'll just be out of $200 which is pretty pricy for a poorly built USB hub.
