I was searching Amazon for a similar product that I had used a while ago that was advised by my Optician for dry eye syndrome but couldn't find it....it was Viscotears. The search I did suggested that Amazon sell it but I couldn't find it. However, having looked at the main ingredient, I looked on here for a similar product and found this...Medicom Carbomer Eye Gel. Thankfully I can say that is is every bit as good and a good price too; in fact, the tube is easier to use as it is plastic as apposed to metal and doesn't scratch the eye when applying. My eyes are forever feeling sore or hot or irritated If I leave them and I am so glad I found this. I actually apply a little to my finger tip and place onto my eye which is much easier and I know it has gone where it should. It is a soothing gel and the difference can be felt as soon as applying as it feels nicely cool. I use it a couple of times a day and it has stopped my eyes from watering as much as they did due to dry eye and reducing the burning sensation that I have with the condition. Having tried a few products for dry eye...I always go back to the gel and this is just perfect!

Excellent night eye care, easy to use, no stinging, no mess much better than the sticky Vaseline type from GP good price too, this was recommended by my eye consultant

I used a different brand (available in the US) for years that was discontinued and have been searching for a replacement. After some miserable mornings, where it could take up to an hour for my eyes to feel OK, with an overnight gel drops that didn’t work I tried this and the difference is, well, night and day. These are just about as good as what I’ve been trying to find a replacement for.

I use this product daily and it helps with my dry eyes. Would recommend

I like this gel it has definitely barely stopped the itching and burning from rubbing my eyes.

It's hard to consistently use since it's thick jelly, so sometimes I'll have a huge clump of eyedrop in my eye/on my eyelid and it's such a gross feeling (plus it wastes a ton of product). Other than that this is fantastic and helps when my eyes are painfully dry, plus it always feels cool despite me keeping it in the bedroom. I want to buy more because the product is a game changer, and even though it's insanely cheap (I paid £1.65) I'm not sure it's worth it since the eyedrops haven't lasted long. I might try other products

Brilliant eyegel! Not to thick and doesn't leave your eyes feeling sticky. Lasts all through the night. No more waking up with dry, sore eyes! Definitely recommend!
