My mother used to get migraines and swore by these. Years later a friend complained about migraines so I pointed her in this direction. She called me the next day and thanked me because they worked. I discovered this product 16 years ago when I started "herniating" in the lower lumbar region of the spine. And, when I experience that "pain," nothing helps besides maybe pain killers.
