Fantastic Book! BEST BUY!
I, for one, have a Bullworker X5. I love it as far as home exercise equipment goes. What this book does for me is provide GREAT workable routines that you will not find elsewhere. It has routines that I would never in my life have been able to figure out on my own. In that respect it's been a great help. Also, as in weightlifting, this book provides on/off days for exercising various body parts using Bullworker exercises specifically designed for Bullworker equipment. That, too, is a great big plus for me. All-in-all it is a fantastic book and although I most likely won't follow the routines as they are written because they are that intense, I still can use the concepts in those intense routines toning them down so that I can tailor a routine that works for me. You cannot go wrong with this book. As far as grammatical errors they don't bother me all that much because there doesn't seem to be that many nor are they that disturbing. It's the ideas that this book brings forth that is most important. In spite of the little grammatical errors, it is still pretty easy to follow the routines and get the main idea of what he is talking about. One other thing is that the pages are not numbered. The table of contents has page numbers, but you will not find them in the book, so you'll have to do some searching to match it up with the contents. Again, that is not a showstopper for this book. Like I said this book is great. One of the ABSOLUTELY BEST books you will find on Bullworker.

Good workout, terrible writing
A mixed bag. The writing is as incoherent as the other reviews have stated. It’s confusing especially because there are multiple programs and it’s not made clear if one is supposed to follow them in sequence or choose between them(?). There’s just no logical flow between chapters and the book just ends abruptly. That being said the workout programs which is what actually matters actually seem different than what’s available on the internet and appears well thought out. So it’s not a terrible book if you want to get more out of the Bullworker, but could be a whole lot better.

Great muscle and strength program!
This book is for working out with the Bullworker. It has a great program that should be followed exactly as Marlon Birch says to do. That is what I did. I also had recorded my strength with various springs, as to where I pushed it to on the power meter before I started the program, and immediately after. Since the purpose of the book is to increase strength and muscle size, and I have been working out for many years, and have never gotten such good results from anything before, I gave it 5 stars. One other note, some reviews of the next book, Muscle Up, say Muscle up is not for beginners. That is correct. It is book 2 and should be done after Power Pump, so those reviews do not have that information.

Hard to follow
This book is in great need of a capable proof reader and a better format so one can actually follow along and not have to reread and reread to fit the pieces together. It has great potential, it reads and feels like a work in progress.

Fabulous & Informative Book
Marlon Birch has published a fabulous book on using and getting excellent results with the Bullworker Bow Classic. He does this by showing and explaining SIMPLE & very EFFECTIVE exercises in using the product. Since 1962, Bullworker products have offered commercial quality fitness equipment with simple and effective exercises that deliver results faster than the gym exercise routine. As the Owner of Bullworker, I am always looking for quality and credible publications that help our user base further advance their use of our products to attain their fitness goals. Marlon's success as a NATURAL Fitness competitor and a non-user of free weights brings a fitness expertise that shows the user how to attain Fitness & Strength with our product. Hopefully, the only people who will thank you more than me are the readers of this informative publication. Thank you, Marlon Birch !!!

The Real Deal
This program is the best muscle building program using the bullworker that I've ever used. I've followed the standard Bullworker guide method (10 reps 10 second holds) and while it got me toned, it didn't build much muscle. This program however built my arms and chest up very quickly. Marlon Birch knows the correct formula to build muscles rapidly. The workouts are intense yet enjoyable. I recommend this program to any Bullworker enthusiast who wants to take their workouts to the next level.

The Bullworker is Great, This Book (Presently) Not So Much
A) As stated in previous posts, this book is just hard to read. It is a very expensive book on fitness that rambles, has unlimited grammatical errors, and (unfortunately) does not present well in the Kindle addition. There is potential, but a second publication (with the above review's suggestions of proof readers) would be excellent.B) I am not sure what the author is stating as scientific claims are accurate. There are no citations to research. There should be. To claim the protocol presented in the book is based in scientific fact, then the studies that back that information up have to be provided.Overall I can only rate this book, in its present form, with two stars. It does have promise and hats off to the author for his effort. Presentation aside, may I suggest that data kept on personal training clients be presented. (As Ellington Darden has done with his books, as well as Peter Disco.) This will back up claims. Also references to physiological affectation of high volume training would be excellent. As a Bullworker enthusiast (who trains primarily with isometric holds presently), I look forward to a future edition of The Ultimate Bullworker Power Pump Method, cleaned up and more scientifically accurate.

Effective and efficient program with big time results!
Very interesting methods in "The Ultimate Bullworker Power Pump Method" by Marlon Birch. My favorite routines thus far have been the "Fat Burning Acceleration Program" and the "Muscle Fiber Activation Program". Both of these programs consists of split routines carried out over 6 days in various phases. The last section of the book contains about a half dozen different exercise routines based on the various scientific methods. Each routine consists of 8 to 11 or more of various exercises targeting different muscle groups. In my humble opinion your not paying for fancy photos in this book. Rather you are paying for the methods used by an expert on isometrics and self resistance exercises. So far I have been following the first phase of the program and have been amazed by the results. The routines are effective, have variety and are not time consuming at all. I would recommend it to anyone looking for effecient and effective routines to use with the Bullworker classic or similar device.

demanding
Not sure if I would recommend this to a complete beginner as the workouts are intense. Although if someone with a lower level of fitness wants to complete this then they could just complete a few more weeks of each level before moving on to the next. Perform the exercises as described and using the protocol will produce fantastic results

Errors Now Fixed - Excellent workouts
Ignore the reviews taking about spelling mistakes and errors in the book. They have since been corrected. The methods in this book work, are intense and produce results. If you've finished the 13 week workout plan that comes with your bullworker, this is the next step up progression wise.
