For the cutest thumb ring, size up a full size or size.5 because it's a gorgeous ring to alternate from thumb to index finger. If for middle finger, size up .5 or one full size from ring finger. I am very happy with that purchase - wear it on the same hand as some significantly more expensive other dainty rings (with small gems) and this is no less beautiful than any of them. You'd never know my teeny tiny pearl/diamond duo ring was from a high end boutique and this from an artisan bought on Amazon. I actually prefer the handmade look most often. Of you're on the fence - buy it. It's so pretty!

I bought this for my teenager to wear on her middle finger and it is absolutely adorable. It is exactly what she wanted as an everyday, simple ring. It is very light weight so I hope it does not break. So far, so good. I would recommend and I would buy again, if needed.

Bought for my daughter last year. She loved it and wore it everyday...she got many complements on it! Until one day it got caught on something and broke.
