Q: how long does the fan stay on when running on a full charge?

When I purchased the fan, I wasn't concerned about running the fan during evening hours. It was more feasible to use it during daylight hours when the sun's solar energy could provide a cooling effect without depleting my other home energy consumers. In other words, it is not the fan that stays charged it is the quality of deep cell battery you harness from the sun's energy. Full charged? There are various methods to running your fan, either by the solar panel provided, the attachment apparatus that was provided to plug directing into a wall unit, or a battery. Furthermore, I believe it is the type of battery you're in of (deep cell, lead acid, etc...). After going "totally" green," I found that the challenge was more about STORING energy for later use. I personally found this product to go beyond my expectations previous expectations. It has worked just like any fan with a traditional electrical plug. It amazes me how little we use the sun's natural solar energy (which is free to everyone), and it has continued to work effectively and efficiently. Make sure the panel stays clean, because in my experience a poor working panel was only due to the blanket of debris that inhibited the sun's rays to penetrate the panel.
