Very pleased with this venetian blind, look no further
I’ve installed this product above the window box on a single landing window. The item looks great and the functionality for how much light you want to let through is very good. This window is west facing so gets the evening light. The blind isn’t suitable for a full blackout if this is what you require as it comes through some of the gaps that make up the construction. Nobody would be able to see through this it in terms of privacy though so it’s well suited for its location. The product was very easy to install as I already had pre- drilled holes in place from the previous curtain. You literally have two clips to fit and the blind clips and locks straight on to those, so it’s a very easy job even for a basic DIYer. Two screws and plugs are required per clip, but I just used one either side with the existing holes and some longer and better screws so it’s well anchored. The included screws and plugs are not the best, so I would use your own if you have them, but they will do the job. It’s a solid product, I dropped it from 6ft as I was adjusting the clips and thought it was spent, but pushed all the slats back in place and its fine. Very impressive, but I may have just been lucky so I wouldn’t recommend you do the same obviously!

Great for the price
Pros. Fitted great to an old window with shutters. Does the job fab for the price.Adjustable slats and height.Cons. Not particularly durable if you have pets, but that's a normal issue. Several slats already bent.Main issue is the blind adjustor catches at the top and hinders opening and closing the slats.Great quality for what you pay for!

Look great, very sleek and quickly modernised our room
So far very happy with the blinds. They are very light and easy to install. They look great when put up, we in fact installed 7 of them round our bay window (5 x 50cm and 2 x 60cm) and the Debel were great as they had a wider range of sizes than some of the alternatives. The installation video shows that the brackets can only be installed from the side, so I had to ask if they can also be installed from the ceiling and they could and we managed to installed them this way very easily.A couple of blinds had come damaged (minor) but Amazon were great in ordering replacements which came in about a day and it was a quick swap out.We have only had them up for just over a week and so time will tell how well they will last, but so far so good and very happy.

Easy to fit, looks ok and works ok. Has child safety cord
I was lucky as the 120cm width was the perfect size for my window recess.I only used 2 of the 3 brackets and sets of screws. The blind is lightweight so I felt 2 brackets with 2 screws in each was sufficient. 3 not needed. If you need to cut it to correct width then with a good junior hacksaw this will be easy enough to do.I just used a pointy knife to start the holes in my Upvc window frame, then screwed in the screws. I only used a normal manual screwdriver. Then you just put the blind on the brackets and lock in place by closing the lever on the brackets. Really Easy.To take it down you can just flip the levers open and take down the blind. Simple.

but if you like good solid quality you will be disappointed - these ...
You get what you pay for - this is a basic venetian blind and I wouldn't expect more for the price. Slats are very thin - I caught my arm on the slats whilst walking past soon after fixing and a couple of the slats now have a crease in line with the holes. Luckily it's only noticeable when the light catches it, but if you like good solid quality you will be disappointed - these are budget blinds and not very robust. There is a design fault with the fixings - I actually bought four of these blinds, two went above the windows on a door so I used the "face" fixing holes. These were fine, although the metal brackets are flimsy and bend about easily, so you need to be gentle with them. The other two were fitted inside a window alcove so I used the "top" fixing holes. Once in place the domed screwheads were so big they prevented the blind slotting into place in the brackets - I had to swap the screws for some flatter ones and even then it was a very tight fit. Also, one of the rods supplied for adjusting the slat angle arrived without the hook to attach it to the blind - I have ordered a replacement but so far it has not arrived and the last tracking update tells me it will be delivered 8 days ago! No further updates so far so a thumbs down for customer service. On the positive side - I ordered the silver ones and they do look very smart. They hang nicely, adjust easily and on the whole I am happy with them.

Good value for your money but don't expect miracles
Not expensive at all so makes sense to get for those who are looking for good value for their money. Not the easiest one to assemble though so don't expect it to be a 'walk in the park' but once it's done it looks quite nice. The colour, to me at least, looks a bit lighter than in the pictures. Also don't buy it if you live in a very windy area, it's a bit weak so the blinds shake with the wind and make annoying noise. Generally I am happy with this product.

Would recommend
Easy to install. Good value for money. Fast delivery . Product a little on the flimsy side. Not sure how it will hold up with time especially if you need to open and close windows regularly. However it is a short term option for me so on that basis I would definitely recommend

Cheap and (mostly) cheerful
A bit more flimsy than I expected. Very lightweight and shallow (i.e., small width, side-on) blinds, the plastic twist handle and plastic mechanism inside isn't exactly welcome (or appropriate) on something that would be expected to form a reliable fixture in your home for years if not decades. The lock/release mechanism on the pull cord seems to be very lightweight too; made of some lightweight metal like tin, when the mechanism seems to need weight to function well. It does work though. Can't vouch for how long it will last. However, everything seems to be in order and functional so far, and it's very low cost. If you're in a rented home and only need it to last a few years, then yeah: go for it. If you plan to be there longer, maybe look for something more durable -- or not, depending on your personal value cut-off point, in terms of durability vs. price.
