The Camera comes with the required cables, straps and brackets for fixing where required. You just needed a memory card and AA batteries.I was quite disappointed when i discovered it needs a lot of batteries to operate but trust me if you select the right mode/setting these last a while.Set up was pretty simple, put in the SD card and batteries – set the time / date – check the capture settings and put it out in the garden.I strapped mine to a fence panel which so far has worked pretty well.Camera captures pictures & video [depending on settings] really well.I have so far managed to capture larger animals such as cats and foxes to even the smallest of birds so i know the sensor works pretty damn well.Location is obviously key for good pictures and the lens is wide angle. Just make sure its not facing the sun or this can disrupt your pictures sometimes with the bright light shining directly through the lens.I found night vision is a bit blurry at times and obviously isnt as good as the normal day time images but pictures are definitely clear enough for my viewing.Housing in weather proof and has a clamped seal on the closure and has so far fought off the usual English weather.Inside are the controls and a small screen where you can scroll through the menu/setting and preview your captured images.Files can be Easily ‘drag and dropped’ onto a PC like any USB/SD card device so there are no issues there.The only issue i had was when i switched the camera to ‘mode’ the screen turned off after a few seconds.I later realised this is an auto-working mode and the camera is in operation.A little confusing at first but once i understood its simple.All in all this camera does what its set out to do. Its designed well, performs well and comes at a great price. Would buy again.

Bought this for my allotment as there is a lot of woodland surrounding it and we kept finding tracks of what looks like deer up there. We fixed this to one of the fence posts and left it for a few days, and although there was a few pictures with nothing of interested (presumably due to things blowing past etc) we actually got some really good shots. It was most active at night and thankfully the night vision was great and clear. The camera is easy to set up which was a concern of mine. Recommended!

The media could not be loaded.  I needed a motion detective camera to help out what sort of animals/ vermin was exploring our little rubbish area.I like the fact it was so easy to set up and use as I am not a technical person.I like the fixings you get as they allow you to move the camera around so easily and fix it in differet ways.I like the build quality as it seems very good quality and is very well thought out it was out in the rain all night and we had no damage on the camera or in side.I like using the Sd card as it made loading up images to a laptop so easy and without removing the camera.I like the fact you can review the footage on the camera on site seeing great high quailty images or film without having to remove the Card or linking the unit to a laptop.Not to happy with the amount of Batteries but its a big unit.If you like my review please press the Helpful button.

We have had this camera for several months now and have found it to perform faultlessly. It has been fascinating watching hedgehogs and other creatures coming and going throughout the night and early hours. The picture quality both in full colour daylight mode and in the night time infrared mode is very good. The PIR sensor is really sensitive and triggers the camera at the tiniest motion. If you want to see what’s happening in your garden whilst you snooze the night away, then get one of these cameras. You will be surprised at what’s going on whilst you snore!!! Can also be used as a security camera of course. An excellent bit of kit. Highly recommended.

I bought this camera after realising I couldn't get any good records of my night hiking adventures without disturbing my colleagues or the environment with strong flashes. The camera is very subtle and flashes with a very light so it is barely unnoticeable.Also, It is very good to have the possibility of choosing between two modes -automatic or manually-, you can control the setting using the buttons at the camera but also set it up to record and capture automatically. It is very helpful as it gives you the option of making your own intervals, video length, amount of successive photos, adapting to your needs or purposes. Also, It gives you the option of capturing photos while recording video!Particularly, I like the looking when it records under light circumstances and It provides good quality to see the subject properly and the quality of the photographs is also good. The camera It is very light and comes with straps to be able to fix it in one place. You can add another four batteries extra to the camera. which is very practical as you gain on time for recording, also to ensure you can leave the camera unattended and will record for longer. Also, you can set a time to switch it off. Very satisfied with the product.

Easy to set up and use. Picture quality is ok but not as good as my previous Bushnell (but then again, less than half the price). However, I've noticed that the camera lens is misting up quite a lot, resulting in blurred footage. Not sure if this is a fault or just poor quality.

I think this is a really fun camera.. it's nice to set it up out side and watch what's going on around your home. we have a bog that likes to chase squeals, and not share food with the other bog.. so now i really get to know what happens when im at work. I think it's a great way to catch everything around you if your are a trail rider. . I can plug it into anything to watch the video from the SD card. The motion sensor and night vision work great. Quality is really good!

We have had fun with( this. Motion sensor sometimes too slow to capture something going past very fast and sometimes a plant waving in the wind sets it off but we have seen nocturnal animals and the pictures are good.
