FANTASTIC for full-mouth implants (all on 4/6/etc.)
I got full mouth implants last year, after losing my teeth due to gum disease. The implant process went great, but my dentist warned me about the need to keep the area under the arch and around the implants VERY clean, to avoid infection. I never did well with flossing, and it was no easier using a threader-type floss with the implants. Waterpiks were recommended, but the need to floss was also stressed. The TePe interdental brushes were also recommended. I use the TePes at times, but found they aren't practical for quick cleanings after meals, snacks, etc. The caps that cover the TePes came off too easily to carry them around in my purse. I stumbled on these, and they are PERFECT for full-mouth implants. They are cheap and disposable, but they are flexible enough to use under the arch and around the implants. AND they are highly portable and convenient to use. I keep a box of these convenient at all times and carry a box in my purse. I just came back from my first cleaning after getting my final set of teeth four months ago. The hygienist said I was doing a GREAT job keeping them clean, and that I probably would not have to come in more often than every six months. Never in my life have I heard those words from a dental hygienist. I showed her, and another professional in the office, what I was using, and they took a photo of the box so they could recommend these to their patients. Personally, I cannot recommend them enough for anyone with full-mouth implants.

Daily usage
I’ve been using these daily for a couple of years. I use them in the morning after breakfast and after brushing my teeth. They are inexpensive, but effective.

Excellent tool for keeping up on dental hygiene
There are a lot of flossers, picks, pokers, and dental gizmos out there but theses are special. Very easy to use, they are somewhat unique in their design. I like how they feel and how they do their job. I like the little cases they come in. Very handy to stash in every medicine cabinet, handbag, backpack, or glove box. I like these a lot. I was pleased to find them at more than half the price as retail at a local store. I bought enough to last me years. Happy to have!

Very effective
My dentist was pretty happy with me when I started using these. They are very good at gum care, and I am not good at flossing, so these were a nice find (recommended by a work colleague). One thing, don't get to chaotic with these things, they are firm and pointy enough to ouch you if you are not paying attention.

The Doctor's Brush Pick Toothpicks: Our Daily Essential!
For our family, The Doctor's Brush Pick toothpicks are an absolute must-have. These aren't just ordinary toothpicks; they're a crucial part of our routine, used after every meal to keep things fresh and clean. We literally have them everywhere you can imagine – in my purse, the car, and stocked in various cabinets at home. My family truly counts on them being readily available! A small, humorous word of caution: these picks are quite effective, so beware of leaving them in your pockets before laundry day! They've been known to survive the wash and dryer, emerging a bit too sharp! For convenience, effectiveness, and a daily fresh feeling, The Doctor's Brush Picks are simply unbeatable.

THE Superior Toothpick!
When I ordered these, I thought they were nylon bristle brushes on one end. They are not! They are a flat bristle molded as part of the toothpick. So much the better! I wondered how they could be so cheap. They are simply molded plastic toothpicks with tiny flexible tines on the other end. Oh, and the pick side has a few small ridges on the flattened sides, for clearing plaque. Let me tell you: THEY ARE AWESOME!!! My wife and kids thought I was crazy when I started to rave about these things. They are perfect for anyone who maintains some pretty regular oral hygiene. You can get out the toughest of food particles or stringy fibers! OK, it's true. The toothpick end is knife-shaped: sharp at the point and pretty rigid. But, I think that is one the best features! This shape allows you to insert the pick into the gaps of teeth, right at the gum line, and clean both teeth with a few passes, in & out. The fact that the pick is knife-thin on one side, allows it to fit in the gaps between closely spaced teeth. Use the thick side up on the top teeth, then thick side down on the bottom teeth. If you use them this way, they are quite comfortable - DAY 1! The pick alone will dislodge most food particles. The brush on the other end is molded onto a thin rod that fits into even tighter spaces that the pick side. The brush can then be manipulated as needed to get even the most stubborn food particles dislodged. I often spin the whole pick/brush to allow the brush side to do its thing. My father was a big toothpick guy, the wooden kind, but I could never get get them to work for me. They didn't fit between my teeth. I could never direct the point to the right place to get the food out. I NOW KNOW THE GLORY OF USING A GOOD TOOTHPICK!! I have never used a better device for cleaning between my teeth - PERIOD!! BUY 'EM! USE 'EM!! You'll love 'em!!!

Best toothpicks around!
Much thinner and better than wooden toothpicks It has a side with the brush on one end, and with a spike on the other. The end with a brush is thinner and more flexible than the other end. The other end is still thin and flexible enough to get into small gaps between teeth. they are gentle on the gum unlike other brands, especially wooden ones. It comes in handy box which opens and close nicely, keeping it secure. some reviews are complaining that they got 1 instead of 12 containers, I got 12 nicely packed. Very good value!
