It's definitely a Q & A book, but flipping through there were questions and answers that were actually super useful!

As someone who is just beginning to preserve I found this book SUPER helpful! There are a lot of questions that I had that were answered along with some that I hadn't even thought of yet, but most certainly would have. I find the answers to be straight forward and very helpful.

Has a lot of good tips and such.

This book is definitely for beginners who know nothing about canning and preserving food. Well written and easy to understand.

If I had to do it over again I would probably skip this book. It's a bit dry and is really not for the experienced canner. This book seemed to focus more on what not to do than on different methods of doing things correctly. Overall, it was disappointing.

Awesome book. Clear and understandable. Written with a real knowledge of canning and preserving. I would recommend it highly.

This is a very good ebook for preserving items mentioned in the book.
