great adapter for my 2011 Silverado with Bose, lots of wires to solder but worked perfectly the first time.

Plug and play
This thing is pricey but it’s an all in one solution. Straight plug and play. I have a 2013 Silverado 2500hd Duramax lt worktruck pretty impressed all around. It even has an adjustable chime and adapter for stock backup cam. It’s also good for Bose and non Bose systems.

Almost flawless integration with Pioneer Touchscreen in 2011 Silverado LTZ
Install went well, directions are pretty straightforward, I did have to Google some wire colors for integration with Pioneer, but there's plenty of videos out there so no biggie. So for the only minor complaints I have is for some reason when I shut the truck off and open the door, the radio should turn off, but it doesn't untill I pull the key? Door chimes work fine, so I dunno, everything else works fine so I don't think it's a wiring issue. FYI when installing in a Silverado LTZ, there is very little room the hide the controller, but it does fit. Other than that, all good.

Works Great
Came with everything I needed. Steering wheel controls work well and everything else does as well. Does take up a lot of space behind the stereo but wasn’t a problem.

Worked great 👍
Worked perfectly with a alpine ilx-w670 in a nnbs silverado. Price was half of what the stereo shop wanted. It's a lot of wires but we'll labeled

Best install interface for GM
I reviewed the manual online before purchasing. The original manual seemed easy enough and straight forward but included a couple of tests and was limited to specific name brand head units. When I received this unit, I noticed the instructions no longer required the "High/Low" test. I also was happy to see the manual now references references lower priced brands and included the antenna adapter. I have not installed yet but I'm confident this unit will be simple to install and compact enough to allow additional room for the additional mods I want to perform.

Only lasted a few months
I bought this harness at the beginning of the year and just got around to installing it in the summer . It only lasted a few months before it stopped working. Upon inspection with my tools I found that the circuit had been shorted somewhere and was no longer powering the board properly as shown in the image. I am surprised given the cost of this harness that it gave out so fast especially since I made sure the after market radio I was using was compatible with the harness technical specifications. Sadly there are not many options I have to choose from in picking a harness for my car given it’s age however nonetheless I feel like others should be warned of the tremendous headache this will bring to figure out if the radio, harness or car electronic components went bad . Just save yourself the time, it was the harness. You will need to buy a new one because everything is made cheaply nowadays.

It seems to function ok except for the following issues I am experiencing. First if I press the button on the steering wheel to answer an incoming call it doesn't do anything. I have to tap on the head unit screen to answer the call. Second I had to use the additional MIC that came with head unit because for some reason the mic in the truck would not pickup my voice during calls. Also there seems to be inconsistency when i turn ignition off, sometimes (not always) I have continuous beeping until I take key out other times it's fine. I feel these would be easily dealt with possibly with a change of product, however I will continue to use it for now.
