Big no!!
The product quality is not bad, but the packaging is extremely poor. In the first order the cups came in damaged. The cups were badly stuffed in a box with hardly any thermocol separators. I ordered a replacement, same thing happened again. Waste of time.

from my experience i can tell there are n number of quality available when you wanna buy kullads..and the one which are made with quality and are durable is a task..by buying farkraft reusable kullad i am just hoping i made a good choice.. although i found them to be little on expensive side but the quality seems promising.. the finish is actually good and looks very ethnic.. no issues as of now..

I bought these Ceramic Kullads for our kitchen . Living in a city cut our roots from our village life. But am happy these days Culture of Villages is in Trend in Cities also . To keep my village touch alive in my life I bought these Ceramic Kullads. Am very happy with these .Major points :1) First of all these Kullads , looks just like Mitti ke Kulads.2) designing is done very perfectly .3) In hand feel is very Good and Strong.4) Sufficient Capacity for one time tea.5) am not addicted to use it in my daily routine.Within this price 6 such Ceramic Kullads is a very good deal .
