- I get an avg speed of 30 MBPS when writing video files to the drive. The CrystalDIskMark shows a 60 MBPS write speed. I was able to get around 75 MBPS for the first few seconds of the transfer, then it falls down to around 30 MBPS and stays there for the rest of the transfer. - I was expecting better build quality. Feels a little flimsy. Can't tell how well the plastic part is held onto the metal part of the drive. - Does heat up while transferring data. But that's to be expected with a metallic casing.

Great read & write speed. Far better than any other 3.0 pendrives. It gets a bit heated when used too much but its okk. Like if any other pendrive is used too much it gets heated. Here due to metal body a bit more heating is realised.. other than that its a great pendrive.

Bought for faster write speed. The sequential write speed on USB 3.0 port is mere 35 MBPS average and max to 50 MBPS. If that is sufficient for you, go for it. Everything else like build quality, size and price is fine at this point. One more thing, the speed on USB 2.0 port is about 15 MBPS max where as my old 2.0 usb based pen drive has max speed of 6 MBPS.

This is my 3rd HP usb 3.0. But strangely this product seems different. Although quality is good but its get blazing hot while copying proccess is on. It gets so hot that you wont be able to even touch it. I have to remove it and put it for a while to cool it down. Never ever I have experinced this kind of heat issue in a pen drive. Everythg is fine except this scorching hot issue. Dont know if it can damage usb ports in my laptop. Read write speed is 25 MB/ second.

Slim, sleek & stylish pendrive.. transfer speed is not upto 150 MB/s which is mentioned in the box. It's around 120 to 130. Built was metal and plastic, looks solid and premium in ur hands.

It delivers what it promises. Great speeds with 3.0, upto 130mps depending on file and constant 80+ for nomal files and even on 2.0 it's 25 mps+. We get approx 57.5 GB out of 64 GB, careful where you place it, cause it feels delicate. At this cost, I expected a bit more sturdy build plus it gets hot, not every time though, it's just with my office laptop with which it's uncomfortably hot but not with personal laptop. Unable to say if it because of laptop or the design n speed is driving up the temp.

Pen drive doesn't even storing the information

I'm giving this USB stick overall 5 stars as I'm happy with my purchase, mainly because it works so far with zero issues, and delivery was super quick, and the USB came well secured, but as I stated in my rating, when it comes to value of money compared to the Gigabytes you get, it is more like 3 stars in my personal opinion, and it is just because nowadays people need 10x more space on devices like this, and simply for a reason that a lot of data and documents are done electronically and knowing that everything cost more and more these days, spending almost 53.$ on just 512G is a bit of a rip off, for that price I would rather get 1TB or at least 750GB / 820GB, ..BUT I also know that the price of USB's are similar across all stores, online or not, and that SanDisk is absolutely the best company of USB memory sticks, and that's why I consciously made the decision to buy it, despite the high price. Since those reviews are a guide for people to buy or not to buy something, I want to add that few years back I bought a set of 2x 512GB USB sticks for I think 20.$ from some unknown brand, and one got my laptop ''virused'' and second stopped working at second use, so if you looking for more affordable USB, be aware that cheaper not always means good on the long run, and even though those memory sticks are essentials in this day and age, and we all would like them to not be so pricey, it is better to invest bigger amount and have it pretty much forever, than trying to save money and in the end loose them because the device is faulty. I hope this review will help you with your decision making for this product.

Jak za 70 parę złotych świetny pendraiv może nie za szybki ale wolny też nie jest. Zapełniłem całego w jakieś 4 godziny filmami i w sumie do odtwarzania filmów na TV został kupiony. No fajnie że metalowy a nie plastik fantastik

It is fast, reliable, and exactly what you want when managing music libraries and performing live. Conoscendo già il marchio SanDisk, le mie aspettative erano alte, ma questo set le ha ampiamente superate, soprattutto per l'incredibile comodità di averne ben dieci a disposizione! Ecco i motivi per cui ritengo questo acquisto da 5 stelle assolute: Velocità di trasferimento ottima (USB 3.0): I trasferimenti sono fulminei. La velocità di lettura dichiarata fino a 150 MB/s si fa sentire tutta quando si spostano film in alta definizione o intere cartelle di lavoro. Rispetto alle vecchie USB 2.0, il risparmio di tempo è abissale. Design compatto e corpo in metallo: Dimenticate la solita plastica che si spacca al primo urto. La scocca in metallo conferisce un aspetto premium e molto elegante, oltre a proteggerle perfettamente da urti e cadute.
