Soca Cardio Dance Workout

I have mixed feelings about this workout DVD. After the exercise, I usually feel good and my Fitbit said I burned almost 400 kcal during the workout today. The instructions can be difficult to follow as I’m pretty new to dance workouts and they feels a little random, so It happens that I get frustrated during the workout. I choose to just let it be and play along as best as I can. I think I’ve tried it three times now and I did better today than the times before. It’s 75 minutes and in that context, the almost 400 kcal burned may not be the most efficient workout, which is partly the reason for not a five star. I’ve taken it out of “my rotation” of workout DVDs as I’d like to ensure efficiency on my dedicated workouts. I may use it when I’m just looking for ways to improve my dancing and have fun.

Don't order all instructions very boring.
