See's Candies 1 lb. Toffee-ettes(r)

I dare not allow these items into my house. I buy them as gifts for my aunt for one occasion or another, and of course she graciously offers me one when she opens the package. I'm telling you, avoid that first one as these are addictive and you will suck down the entire can once you start. I'm mostly a dark chocolate guy and these are more on the milk side, but there's a combination of textures at play here that is absolutely hypnotic. Also, I was originally put off by the reference to toffee...I thought caramel, chewy, gooey. Nope, none of that. This is a crisp, fresh, clean taste that lingers just right and just long enough (not embedded in your teeth for the next hour). Awesome with coffee or a cordial or a big ole glass of milk. Or all three.Plus I have to mention that when I've bought these directly from the manufacturer the shipping charges have been nuts. At least for my purchases this past holiday season, Amazon was the way to go.

OH MY GOSH you GUYS!!! This is THE best I have EVER eaten. The almonds are toasted and the toffee itself is to DIE for! I actually bought it for my son for Christmas along with something else, and I haven't gone to the grocery store in days because it is so snowy out. So I opened it!! I KNOW, I am so bad!!! I will have to get HIM another can and give it to him RIGHT away so I don't open THAT one. Seriously this is great stuff. He likes Almond Rocka and so I saw this and knowing that See's is good, I thought I would try it instead. SO good. I highly recommend it to anybody. It is a very generous amount and one can't eat much before having to put the lid back on. So in that respect, you get your moneys' worth. Definitely a repurchase item for me!!

Still rated the candy as five star even though the price was double of that the sees candy store charges...But since Amazon delivered dame day i didn't let the price affect the ratingCandy was very fresh and delicious. I ate the whole can in two days and ordered a second. .Very addicting: -)

This is one of the best candies on the planet! This stuff is almond crack, so be careful because you will get addicted. The almond and chocolate pieces are also incredible as all their candies are. This is quality at it's best and way cheaper than Godiva and other brands that are all brand name and very little else. This lovely canister stays fresh a long time and makes the perfect gift for any chocolate and almond lover. The best part is hte roasted almond in the middle that makes it better than Almond Roca, another of my favorites.

We saw See's Candy on Celebrity Apprentice and ordered the first thing that looked good on an Amazon search. There's a whole lotta "ettes" and not a lotta toffee, meaning there's plenty of milk chocolate with embedded almond pieces but not a lot of toffee. Sure, it tastes okay, but I would probably go with the local Esther Price toffee instead. Very disappointed in a $32/Lb. product.

don't even start eating these!!! these are the most absolutely delicious and addicting and calorie ridden treats there is out there. the smooth chocolate with the crunchy nuts with great tasting toffee is too much for me!! I could eat a canister in one day, sooooo good.

I hate them… I mean I LOVE them so much that I hate them. I have to be very, very careful not to eat an entire canister at one time. My husband got some for Christmas… we had a few… then, the next week he had to leave town… He left me alone with these dang things for TWO weeks! Ooops!!Rich toffee under a layer of sweet little almond pieces… all covering a crunchy toffee center… mmmmmm… Heaven in a can (or box).So… I had to order a replacement canister for him. They're awesome!!! Shush!! He never knew I ate the rest of his stash.And since he doesn't do computers… he'll never know unless you tell him. ;-)Thanks

This was a gift for my mom. She absolutely loves these candies. She lit up like the sun when she opened the package. I’ve never seen her love a candy like she loves these See’s toffee-ettes.
