Love this brand
These pans are built so solid, they are really thick and heavy. This is my second pan I purchased from this company, first one was a detachable handle 11" pan which I also love. What I love about these pans is how they heat up so evenly, you don't get any cold spots. It takes them a long time to heat up because they are so thick and heavy but they heat up evenly, which is what you want. The non stick coating works really well, time will only tell how long it lasts and functions this good. These pans are not cheap, but I think good quality cookware lasts a long time.

Finally, after a grave yard of non stick pans... this pan lives on as a reliable non stick pan!
This is the only non stick pan that has lasted over 6 months with daily use. Tips: Do not drop this pan as the sides will bend. Do not leave oil in the pan unattended it will stain the pan but it will still be non stick. the pan is made of a thermal conductive alloy that is softer than steel or iron.

Very very durable!
I loved to use Berndes nonstick pans, but lately, I found their quality is not as good as before, maybe Berndes move to China?.Made in Germany cookware always cost much more, and this Woll sauté pan is no exception. I think it is worthy because I have been using DAILY for 1 year, looks great and still nonstick. ( HINT: I never use nonstick cookware to boil potato or pasta, which contain starch, No soy sauce, either) It gets hot easy and maintain heat long time. One thing Woll surprised me is golden crispy, just like using cast iron fry pan. I am very satisfied with my Woll purchase.

Poor Performance on Induction Cooktop
The pan is nice, seems like a good and durable non-stick surface, but it is not a good performer on my induction cooktop. A couple of my burners will not even turn on for it - they don't even recognize it as being ferrous. The ones that do work, I have to turn them way up to get any heat at all. I shouldn't have to cook scrambled eggs at a high setting. My old non stick had worn out, and bought this one in part because it said it is induction right in the title, but its iron content is very low - magnets will stick to it, but only weakly.

Best value non sick induction pan made
This pan is one of my very favorites and it's little 8" bother. I have a grave yard of non stick pans that die at the six month mark. After many months this pan is still non stick. It heats evenly on my PIC. The handle was slightly bent in transit but I tighten it and it is OK. My Duxtop PIC does a very good job precision heating this pan. 4 star? the handle is the weak spot.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
This pan worked great for about 3 months and then started losing it's non-stick feature. I have never washed it in a dishwasher nor used any metal utensils. I rarely do product reviews but this performance against the price is very poor. It is un-returnable, perhaps from this seller or Amazon, I don't know, but I strongly recommend against purchasing a Woll product - it's no better than T-Fal, and perhaps worse!

Best pans ever
I'm not someone who raves about cookware, but the Woll Diamond Lite pans are the best pans I've ever owned. I would recommend them to everyone who was prepared to pony up this kind of money for a pan, with one caveat: they are quite heavy (think, cast-iron heavy, not like your normal nonstick frying pan).

Okay small frying pan
great for frying or poaching eggs for breakfast. Dropped it and dented it.
