Only CLO I can take
I have an issue with retinyl palmitate causing headaches, doesn't matter how much I take or who makes it. This is the only cod liver oil I have ever been able to take without getting a headache. The added benefit was noticed after a leg day at the gym where the pain and swelling in my knees was nearly non existent, I had never experienced that before. A visit to the gym before would result in DOMS that would cripple me for days and keep me sore for nearly a week. I guess that either this is the result of having real vitamin A or the most effective omega 3 I have ever used. Needless to say, now that I have found this I don't plan to ever be without it.

I like the liquid better but bought these for traveling. I keep them in the fridge at home and just take a few out when going over to my boyfriend’s (he’s two hours away), so it’s great because I kept forgetting the liquid bottle at his house since it’s in the fridge. Usually no “after burp taste” only very occasionally when I for some reason am not digesting well. Very happy with jigsaw cod liver oil compared to other brands!
