I use Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and I was bit skeptical to buy a Tempered Glass screen protector because of the curved edges as I was not sure how the glass screen protector will hold against the curved edges. For that reason I used regular screen protector (not glass) assuming that it will fit better on my phone. However, I noticed that after few days the plastic screen protector started peeling off the edges probably because of the phone case or because it didn't have enough surface area to hold the screen guard at the edge. After going through this frustration multiple times, I finally decided to give a try to tempered glass screen protector and to my surprise this one turned out to be just perfect. This tempered glass screen protector is a perfect fit for my phone and curved edges sticks just fine to phone's curved edges. The glass itself is very clear and has a nice smooth finish. It comes with an easy installation tray and it is super easy to install the screen protector. You cannot go wrong with the installation tray. Dot matrix design helps the touch responsiveness and I never observed any lag in the touch response. It is case friendly and I never had any issues so far. If you are in two minds whether to go for a tempered glass screen protector or a regular film screen protector, do yourself a favor and go for this tempered glass screen protector. You will love it. The shine on this glass protector will make your phone always look brand new and the super smooth surface will make your fingers feel so good.

TL:DR: It's not wet-apply, I'm not good with screen protectors and did this one perfectly. Dry apply and super easy. The tutorial video and little card in the box sum it up and make it easy. Going to the new generation of smartphones from the Galaxy s5 active and the Galaxy note 4, when I read about wet-apply screen protectors I got pretty bummed. I'm not the most tech savvy especially with screen protectors (In a nutshell, when I would order a screen protector I'd order the multipack of whatever because I knew I'd have screw-ups). When I got my first Galaxy S8+ screen protector I went up to a Best Buy and bought one and paid Geek Squad to install it for like 35 bucks total (installation and protector). Even the dude had to replace the screen protector for free because he messed up the wet-apply because they are difficult. So, after a month it started peeling up on the edges and dust and hair got under my phone and I felt ripped off for 35 bucks. I then just got an armor case with a hugging front that acted like a screen protector. It was too bulky though, so then I found this guy and just placed it on my phone. No wet-apply, no difficulty, literally put my phone on my bed, put the install tray on top, put the screen protector on, pushed the tray a little bit to secure the edges, took it off, then pressed the edges and bam, it was on. I haven't seen any peels yet, and it is crystal clear. Legit is one of the coolest and easiest screen protectors I bought. If you're like me and hate wet-apply then get this one. There's a reason I think it's Amazon's choice.

Seems to do the job. Things I like about it... 1) It was incredibly easy to install. The stickers they give you to get all the fuzzies that inevitably fly to your screen as you are about to lay the protector down were super helpful. The plastic installer to help you guide the protector down to the correct position made installation cake. 2) Zero problems with touchscreen due to protector. 3) Doesn't crack like the verizon one did in my back pocket or beside me in the car. It's actually lasted far longer than I thought it would... the first verizon one I purchased had me lose all faith in these guys (1 day, it lasted 1 freaking day). Still kicking with no sign of cracking with my normal daily abuse. 4) Dust fuzzies don't stick to the edges of the protector as time goes on. 5) Dust hasn't creeped into the inside magically yet (seal must be pretty good. Things I don't like... 1) I may have dropped my phone on the concrete floor on accident (hey, there's a reason I protect this thing :D) and the screen protector just kind of popped off. It didn't come off completely, but I had to reposition it and get rid of the dust that flocked to the opportunity to contaminate my view. Not so sure it's a good thing it pops off? IDK, my phone didn't crack, but that could just be the awesome case. 2) I can see the pattern of the protector in certain light which is annoying at first but then you get used to it. Things I've noticed, but aren't really good or bad... 1) Dang this thing is super reflective! I have fun trying to blind my brother while he's driving (not really, but he says it's a plot by me). 2) It lightly crackles when you touch the screen for a while until it settles properly? IDK, it just stopped making the nose recently. At first I thought it was going to crack under my fingers, but nope, just messing with me. After all this rambling, overall I really like it. When I finally ruin this one I will most definitely buy it again, unless at some point it fails it's job... then I will update. Thanks for reading!

This IMHO is the best glass screen protector on market - and I tried a few - it beats, hands down the MyBat (I bought both at same time since wife has same Samsung S8+) - the MyBat did not fit glass curves on edges and did not adhere, kept falling off, the amFilm on the other hand installed correctly the first time, aligned perfectly with glass curvature and cutouts for screen functions that need to be exposed. No touchscreen issues anywhere on the screen (like some others, plastic film types that wear and peel and other brand glass types that either did not sit flush on screen or had weak adhesive or both. Instructions, cleaning pads and packaging also excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Hands down - BEST IN MARKET FOR SAMSUNG GALAXY S8+ and not the most costly either so a BEST BUY as well. Works PERFECTLY with OTTERBOX STRATA Wallet style phone cover - probably overkill to have both - since OTTERBOX Cover is a "TANK" but depending on how phone lands if dropped and if Otterbox waller style top cover is left opened (uses magnetic latch to stay closed or open) - the glass could be left exposed so this will provide that extra protection for the glass front of phone (wife already broke screen - 2x in less than a year - before we purchased this and Otterbox for protection - Otterbox also serves as a 2 to 3 card wallet - so it eliminates having to carry a separate wallet for license and ATM card and one credit card - all I need in 90% of trips. When I first got this I was impressed by the clear instructions, quality of materials, and ease of installation. I didn't like how A. There was a lot of excess packaging, making the product increasingly unsustainable and B. that there were also extra unnecessary wipes and stickers that aren't a part of the installation process. I understand why they gave wet and dry wipes, even though I can certainly clean my screen with an alcohol solution and dry it with a microfiber cloth myself, without having to tear open the non-recyclable disposable wipes (and non-recyclable containers they come in) that are included with the purchase. The easy installation tray is a nice touch, mitigating much stress, and when I registered the product and claimed the warranty when it broke, as I was switching phones (it was so sticky that I couldn't pull it off without breaking it, a good sign!), they swiftly sent me another one hassle-free, which was another big stress relief! I wish they would have not sent me another easy installation tray though, since I still had the first one. Later on, I dropped my new device from a standing height onto concrete (at a decent speed as well) and the protector bounced off of my phone upon impact and got all dusty and cracked up. My screen was and is still pristine though, so I am most thankful that it indeed seems to function as intended! I'm buying another one right now. Excellent company. If they ever decide to be more eco-friendly and sustainable (a suggestion would be to use post-consumer recycled content for the outer packaging, they have the opportunity to earn that last star from me. I purchased this screen protector because it was advertised as specifically fitting my Samsung Galaxy S8+. I have an Otterbox commuter phone case, also advertised as specifically fitting my phone. When I shared the attached picture with the TechMatte, they responded "The OtterBox COMMUTER SERIES phone case is tight-fitting and might not be compatible with our screen protector." "We want to assure you that all our screen and camera lens protectors are intentionally designed to be slightly smaller to ensure compatibility with various phone cases. However, we recommend avoiding rugged, heavy-duty, military-grade, or multi-layered phone cases, as they are typically designed to be used either without a protector or with a protector. We kindly suggest checking the manufacturer's website to see if they offer a compatible protector specifically designed for your phone model. In general, using a screen and camera lens protector and phone case from the same company is a recommended approach. We will gladly offer you either a free new replacement to use with a compatible phone case (not supplied) or a refund for your order. This is a very nice kit. It's well thought out and includes absolutely everything you need to install. It is extremely easy to install and looks good on my Galaxy S8+. The only reason I am docking a star is that this is my second one. The first one mysteriously cracked on me after only a month or so. I don't remember how it even happened, but it had to be a relatively minor impact. I hadn't dropped the phone or anything - I just noticed that there was a crack. On the plus side, the actual screen was undamaged. And again, the installation, packaging, documentation, etc. is outstanding. Hopefully this new one will last more than 6 weeks... I will update the review and rating if it does not. **Update** Second one cracked too. They seem to break very easily, but to be fair, they phone's actual screen has remained undamaged. Still, I will not buy this product again. Instead I'll look for something just a little tougher.

I dropped my phone several times during the 3-4 months I had the screen protector installed. The final time, I dropped it flat onto its face. The screen protector shattered, but the screen was untouched!!! I love the feel of the glass, and I get bubble free, straight installation every time. They replaced it for free when I damaged it. I can't see how it could be any better. I tried several different type (film, etc.) of screen protectors for my S8+. Hated them all! I think this is the best solution for the curved edges. Clean the edges REALLY GOOD. There's just a tiny bit of glue all the way around the perimeter that holds it on. If you get it clean, and use the supplied installation guide/template, you won't have any problems with it sticking. It looks fantastic on the phone, hard to tell that it's on there. It works perfectly with my Spigen case. Great product that saved my $300+ screen. Given the low price, and warranty replacements, super happy with this product. I almost never write reviews. I was so impressed by this thing that I took the time to sit down and share my thoughts. Great job, Techmatte!

quality wise is good but we need little patients to put screen protector without bubble. interesting thing is they give us an additional helping tool fix it properly. one thing i noticed there is chance to get dust come inside from the top because its not fully covered " means sensor and camera area is open" just only two weeks but so far this product is very much okay with this price.

Very good screen protector for my Galaxy S8 plus. The package also includes everything we need to install the protector: Wet wipe in an envelope, dry wipe in an envelope, a dried cleaning cloth, 5 pieces of stickers ( 4 to apply the screen protector without having to touch it and one to remove extra dust or hair). No water is required and the protector sticks very well on the surface of the screen of the smartphone. I highly recommend to install this screen protector in the bathroom after taking a hot shower or after leaving the hot water running for about 5 minutes or until the bathroom is full of steam. The goal of this is to bring down all the dust of the room with the humidity of the hot water. Note that ALL screen protectors will eventually gather some dust and will need to be replaced after few months/one year depending of your activities.

Su instalación es muy sencilla y el protector tiene gran calidad. Lo tengo instalado en un Samsung Galaxy S8+ y encaja perfectamente. Además su diseño hace que parezca que la pantalla no lleve instalado el protector. La respuesta de la pantalla es la misma que si no se llevase puesto el protector y doy fe de que funciona, pues a la hora de instalar el protector se me cayó el móvil al suelo y la pantalla no sufrió ningún daño.
