The install was fairly straightforward. My existing wiring required the 2 hot wires on the switch to be connected together with both hot wires in the wall. Your mileage may vary depending on how your load devices (lights/fans) are wired.Wire it as directed first. If you end up with only one of your 2 load devices powering up you will most likely have to wire it as I did.NOTE: You need to wait at least 3 minutes after you turn the breaker on for this switch to be fully function. The PIR sensor will not work until it is charged. This is called out in the instructions so be patient.The problem I was trying to solve was the bathroom shower fan being left on all day. This switch did exactly what I needed it to do.I've installed Topgreener switches (this dual load and several single load) in all of my bathrooms and the laundry room. Most of them are in vacancy mode, the laundry room and guest bathroom are in occupancy mode. All 8 of them function flawlessly.By using all of the same manufacturer the Wife Appeal Factor is high.
