This license plate frame does NOT cover up my state name (top and bottom) and also does not cover up the vehicle registration sticker, which is great! Therefore, the details of the license plate can be seen and also the bolts keep the frame secure. I love the message as well !!

Quality paint and construction.
Chose this one because it looked more elegant than many which have cheap looking finishes and cartoonish writing. I wanted something that fit with the vibe of our new Lexus. The black paint was thick and well done. They even came with nice black plastic caps to cover the screw heads which further gives a clean finished look. Only complaint was that my car only has 2 mounting screws so the empty mounting holes looked weird. So I ended up supergluing the plastic caps on to hide the holes. Turned out fine but Suggestion for manufacturer: provide some way to attach caps to the unused holes and you will have a 5 star product.
