2 4 2018 update. There is no doubt it is helping. I am for the most part every night sleeping 6 to 7 hours straight no getting up which i havent done for years. Dont know if it will work for you but i am on my second bottle. Also no doub ti have severe bph. So I will post results from time to time. I will say just after the first2 uses one late last nite when the bottle came and the one this morning something different was transpiring. I also started with revesatrol. An way I was well hydrated. When I did go I notice the burning sensation was dwindling and just that alone was welcome. I also noticed the stream was stronger longer and I felt more completely empty which in the long run should was the ecoli out if its due to incomplete emptying. In any case it definitly acting in that area hopefully after a few days of consistency the meds can end and a more normal way of life

I have been taking Prostavec for approximately one month, taking two quarter teaspoon doses per day: one on an empty stomach before breakfast and another again in the late afternoon. I take each dose with a cup of lukewarm water. I notice that the treatment definitely soothes the urge to urinate, and consequently reduces the number of trips to the bathroom. The effect on symptoms lasts from 4 to 6 hours.If taken before bedtime, it does reduce interruptions to sleep to get to the bathroom. I am also taking saw palmetto and beta-sistosterol supplements so Prostavec treatment, and results, are not isolated however I can tell the difference in urination patterns if I miss a dose. I try to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water a day to stay dehydrated but this means more frequent trips to the bathroom in any case. Additionally, I have not had a PSA test since beginning Prostavec, or any of the other supplements as well, so I can't comment on its effect in this area. The taste is mild so it is easy to take. There are many products on the market that address prostate/urinary issues and this one does work; I have purchased my second bottle to continue on with the treatment.

Tried several other products and nothing help at all. I found this product on WebMD and decided to give it a try. I have been taking it for 3 to 4 month. Have seen some improvement. Fewer night time trip to the bathroom. Not a huge improvement but will keep taking to see more improvement is seen. It helped but did not fix everything. Probably too much to ask.

This product is easy to take. Does work for me. Night time restroom trips decreased, but it gives me headache and raises my blood pressure. Enough that, I no longer use it.

I have been on the product for 16 months. i have not noticed any benefit, and my PSA continues to climb. this product appears to be marketing hype and i feel like a total sucker for buying it for so long. i really gave it a chance. It tastes ok at least so its not hard to get into the regimen of taking it. But, i have all the standard prostate issues and received not objective or subjective benefit. don't do it.

Being a skeptic, and yet open mined I did some research first. Found this to be highly recommended. Found it hard to believe the raving reviews of how incredible it was. Figured I only had $35 to lose by trying. Within two days I went from significant symptoms to about a 75-80% reduction. Seems just hard to fathom that this stuff works, so well and so easy. But it damn sure does! Taste is odd, but for the benefits I haven’t given that a second thought. I’ve taken it twice a day at 12 hour intervals, and told the urologist about it today. His opinion was that these products are KNOWN to work and this alone solves 99% of why I went in. His only suggestion was to be sure that you could ensure that you were getting a quality product, as there’s really no regulation per se. I’m sold! I’d highly suggest giving it a try, and hope that if you do your results are as good as mine. Best of luck, getting old sucks and doing anything to ease that is wise.

I was hoping to see a difference with this product. Especially since I saw a four star average rating, and all of the positive comments. However, I notice no difference in night time restroom frequencies. Not even a little change. I can't justifiably give it a 3 or higher stars because of this. However, it does have a pleasant taste, a decent smell, and is easy to use. I hope this feedback helps someone.
