I already have one in my other car, and I absolutely love this. Everything is on point. The GPS is awesome, and always shows the location in real time! It’s so easy to hook up. I feel like it’s a great price point considering how well it works. It also shows if you have codes that pop up for your vehicle. It’s so worth the money. I highly recommend!

Bouncie is worth every penny. I bought one for each of our company trucks and immediately was able to track the vehicles, their speed, idle time, heavy braking, and fuel level. It also helps us track time on the job with the geo location set up. The devices are easy to install and the app is easy to use. The customer service is also really great if you have any questions. Even better than all of that, though, is one of our vehicles was stolen from our property and we were able to tell the police EXACTLY where it was and had the truck returned that day. 100% recommend

The bouncy GPS tracker that I received was awesome. Easy installation, seamless setup, and tracking with pinpoint accuracy. I really enjoy that as soon as I put the device on the card it picked up a trouble code that my dealership was able to diagnose immediately and get the problem fixed before it became a problem with the car. The app tracks everything from gas percentage, to trouble codes, service reminders, among other things. The only downfall to this device is the $9.95 a month subscription fee, that would be nice if there was some kind of way to avoid. I appreciate the Peace of mind as well as the ease of use. So far my only hiccup with the device, is that periodically, it disconnects and reconnects itself for one minute everyday.

I bought this for my daughter's car - she is 16 and I want to be sure she is driving safely. I don't track her, but I do want to be notified if she drove unsafely or if she didn't make it to a destination - at least for the first few months. This product is so simple, plug it in, download the app, subscribe to the service (via the app) and you are away. $10 is nothing for the peace of mind this brings. The add it great (once you figure it out) - you can set notifications for boundaries, speed limit, destinations, departures, arrivals, hard braking, hard acceleration, and the list goes on. I recommend this for any new driver - and it can't be turned off like Live 360 by your teen...

I love this thing. My daughter just started driving, and I wanted to help her make good choices and be safe. This device is perfect. Set up was a breeze. Download the app on your phone, create an account, then plug the device into the OBD port on your vehicle. That't it. Once you're set up, you have to drive for a bit for everything to sync up and start working. Don't get alarmed if you don't see trip data. It will show up once installation and syncing are complete. Trip data is comprehensive and accurate. Won't take the time to list all the data that is available, since it is outlined in the product description. Suffice it to say it does everything that is says it does. No issues with the app. It always seems to run smoothly, and information seems to be up to date. Why a 4 instead of a 5? I turned on the alerts for extreme braking and extreme acceleration. I purposely did a hard brake and hard acceleration, but I did not get an alert. I was able to reach someone from Bouncie on chat, and they told me that the car is still syncing, and eventually alerts will show up. I'll change the rating and update this review if that happens. Also integrates nicely with Alexa. I tried it and it works, but my attitude about that is....so what?. Not sure how much (if at all), I will use Alexa with this device. Overall, this has all the features that you could probably want. One of the biggest bonuses is the monthly monitoring fee. It's $8 per month, which is significantly lower than the $20-$25 that most other GPS/data trackers charge. They also have a 3 for $20 plan. At that price, you could hook up all of your vehicles. At the moment, I'm only using this on the car my daughter drives, but I may decide to add my car later. Bottom line is I would recommend this. **Update 11/13/18** I went ahead and bumped this up to 5 stars. As noted in my initial review, my only issue was that I didn't seem to be getting alerts for hard braking or acceleration. The support folks at Bouncie told me it was still syncing, and it was. I get the alerts now. Everything works perfectly, including Geofencing. When my car leaves or enters my driveway, or leaves or enters school, I get an alert. Helps me to know that my daughter got to and from school safely, even if I'm not home.

This is a good product at a reasonable price but didn't meet my personal needs. Weaknesses: Will report battery range but not exact value. It knows when the battery is low but won't give you a value. Initial MPG sent by phone notifications can be wildly off. A 3 mile stop and go trip almost always reports as 30mpg but in the reports is more realistic. Quick price increase with short grandfathered window for new buyers. Subscription costs can be high with multiple vehicles. Pros: This is best for families that need multi member monitoring. It looks into the port well showing durability. Functionality of monitoring cannot be beat with web based and app trip and vehicle details. Battery warning level is a great feature but not granular enough for me. Estimated current odometer reading is surprisingly good.

Well I have had this for a month and it works perfectly. There was a week when it stopped working for a couple of days and I contacted customer support through the app. They were very attentive and, although the unit began working on its own, they were right there ready to help. Everything is as advertised. If you want to keep track of your vehicle it gives you a detailed map of where it’s been, including addresses. Suspect a cheating spouse, a teen going places they shouldn’t or driving too fast? This is the solution. (I will add the disclaimer that you should always adhere to legal rules and laws regarding the use of this item). With it installed in the OBD port it would be a rare thing for anyone unschooled in mechanics to notice. In fact, unless someone is specifically going to use the OBD port, the item would most likely go unnoticed even by a mechanic. The monthly $10 fee for basic service is worth it. That’s less than 35 cents a day! There is a battery monitoring feature and the unit goes to sleep when parked for a long time. So I do not see it draining the vehicle battery, and if it does, the unit will warn you before the battery ever goes dead. Easy plug and play install, the app is also easy to use once you get used to the various controls on the screens. I highly recommend this. If things change in the next few months, I will add to this review.

I am a host on Turo. I currently have two vehicles I rent out and wanted a way to check any engine codes and track the vehicle. Bouncie is a perfect solution for both. 1. Whether the vehicle battery is low or vehicle is low on fuel. It notifies you 2. You can see how fast the vehicle is going and if they apply the brakes hard 3. You can check the log of the trips and everywhere the vehicle has been 4. If it gets disconnected from the vehicle it also alerts you 5. Also notifies you of the average mpg All around this is a perfect device whether it’s for your family or for a business. There is a monthly fee or I believe around $10-13 but that is well worth it for everything it provides. Easy to setup. Simply download the app. Scan the back of the device then plug it in. Then go for a 5-10 min drive for everything to sync up and you’re good to go. Will be buying more when I add on to my fleet!
