Learn to Spin with Anne Field

This book would be a great asset to anyone who is a beginner in spinning fiber to make yarn. The visuals and written details are excellent.

Very useful book with a lot of tips, techniques, and pragmatic application of the spinning process. I was quite happy with the amount of information in this resource, the clarity of language, and the organisation of topics. Excellent for beginners--like me--as well as those who appreciate knowledge for fine-tuning their craft.

Just what I was looking for. Solid instruction and advice.

I am enjoying the reading of this book and the down-to-earth tone of the author. I think she's encouraging and helps you to understand that it's perfectly OK to spin quite a bit of wonky wool before you are going to get the hang of this. It's not a fast craft. I also like the fact that she explains things that might not be working with her troubleshooting sections. This has helped me so much!

I love the wonderful in depth information on fibres, the types of yarns to be spun from them and the unique projects to be made from same. She has a true love of her craft.

Learn to Spin by Anne Field arrived before said delivery date (great service 'Amazon'). Having purchased a spinning wheel cos I loved the look of it! Felt I owed it to myself to learn the intricacy of spinning. Anne Field's book takes you through the whole process, the iĺustrations are fantastic. Wouldn't be without!
