Give me even more controls!
Very nifty feature set of this cable. It's capabilities heavily depend on the capabilities of the USB power supply you have it plugged into. I'm going to try and focus on the awesomeness of the cable, and try to ignore the meh of USB power supplies. I do think it's worth pointing out though that there really aren't any safeties on this cable, if your USB power supply decides to reset your negotiation from 12v to 5v, there doesn't seem to be much that the cable can do to protect you. When plugged into a non PD power supply, it gets locked to the 5.1V output, the selection options do nothing. The cable, when powered off, pulls roughly .006w, when the display is on but not outputting the cable uses closer to .017w to power itself. Always nice to see a Velcro strip that is attached to the cable for cable management. The little display is awesome, it's fantastic seeing the current voltage, and the voltage tends to be quite close to the measured voltage from a multimeter at the DC output. Unfortunately the refresh rate of the display makes it not particularly photographable. Works well enough as is right now, but I hope later versions continue to improve the controller, adding features like locking the output until it's a specific voltage, adding voltage tolerance ranges, any advance feature like that would be cool.

Does not function as advertised.
Product does not function as advertised. Cable cannot output 28 volts as indicated in the product description. In the setup screen, the maximum selectable output is 20 volts before it cycles back to 5 volts. Additionally, this cable doesn’t have “memory” so, when you unplug the cable from USB power and plug it back in again, the cable will default back to 5 volts; which is annoying and frustrating.

Powerful PD trigger cable kit
I like how the LED screen shows real-time voltage, current, and power so I can monitor charging at a glance. I noticed that the six voltage presets (5V/9V/12V/15V/20V/28V) auto-detect my devices, and the one-button switch makes toggling between them quick. The 10 tip adapters cover my laptop, monitor, and router, letting me replace several dongles with one kit. The build feels solid with zinc alloy connectors and a braided cable, and the 1-meter length keeps things tidy on my desk. It supports up to 140W with PD3.1 when paired with a compatible PD charger, which helps me power a high-demand setup without juggling multiple power bricks.

The main advantage is flexibility. The included set of DC tips covers most common sizes, and swapping them is quick and straightforward. I was able to power a laptop-style device and a small router without needing separate adapters. It’s convenient to reduce multiple bulky power bricks down to one USB-C charger and this cable. The voltage selection feature is very useful. The cable can automatically negotiate voltage, but I like that there’s also a manual button to cycle through 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, 20V, and 28V. The small LED display showing voltage, current, and wattage is a nice touch—it makes it easy to confirm the device is getting the correct power and adds peace of mind when using higher voltages. Build quality feels solid. The braided cable has some stiffness but seems durable, and the metal connectors feel sturdy rather than flimsy. During use, charging has been stable with no flickering, disconnects, or excessive heat. One thing to keep in mind is that you do need a capable PD charger to take full advantage of the higher wattages, and this cable is clearly aimed at users who understand voltage requirements. It’s not something you’d want to use casually without knowing what your device needs. Overall, this is a well-designed and practical solution if you want to power DC devices from a USB-C PD charger. It’s especially useful for simplifying setups, travel, or backup power situations, and it feels thoughtfully built for that purpose.
