This product ensures durability and reliability, making it an essential upgrade for any serious off-road enthusiast. ## Description This is a very high quality replacement baro/temp sensor pigtail for Polaris Sportsman, RZR 500 EFI UTV's, ATVs. This harness features a brand new connector, vibration resistant wire, sealed splices to factory harness, and comprehensive and easy to follow installation instructions. The wire used in the factory harnesses and the vibration prone location of this sensor causes the wiring to fail in a very short period of time. Some of the symptoms of a bad harness are a "Check Engine" light or intermittent rough idle speeds. This harness solves the common problem these ATVs have with broken factory wiring harnesses on the pressure sensor. Review: High quality part. Far better than OEM. - The wiring here is much better than the stock one for sure. The sensor you're looking for is under the seat towards the gas tank - the connector will look the same. Before you remove it, take a photo and make sure in the picture you can see the wire colors. The position 1-3 read left to right and will read left to right when looking at it from the seat of the wheeler. When unplugging the connector the tab has to be pressed down to make it come off. Make sure you give yourself enough wire to work with when you're cutting them and make sure you cut below where they are likely shorted (burnt). From there, place the large heat shrink over the new connector end, strip and crimp the old lines, and then heat gun each individual splice. Lastly, when you're ready to seal the splice, place the large heat shrink over all three and heat with a heat gun being careful to not melt anything.
