(Update: Makes me so very gassy. And the gas is smelly. Will try another brand. But so far I still use this)I’m 5’7. About 205lbs. Completely plant based/vegan for 7 years. Was into just cardio for the past 7 years. Lots of HIIT and trail running. Wanted to lift but all the other women in the gym seem so much stronger. I added creatine along with consistency and in two months I’m leaner and stronger. I’m deadlifting. squatting with the barbell. Cleans. Presses. Goblet squat stuff. Man I love it. But the GAS!!! oh my gawd. Keep in mind I don’t eat any flesh or bovine lactation so my gas hasn’t been terrible in a long time. But good gawd almighty. It’s embarrassing. Before I work out I try and go for a jog to jostle it out of me. I take my creatine in the evening with some almond milk and orgain protein powder. Good quality, reasonably priced

I selected this brand and I am now on my second container. What I really like is the complete lack of flavor and easy dissolvability. Creatine has been used as a supplement for decades and has been clinically proven to work. I am a senior citizen who tried it because over time I noticed I was losing strength. In particular, I was not able to complete as many repetitions of my weights, push-ups, and pull-ups. Since I started creatine I have definitely noticed the difference. It has rolled the clock back for me. One of the other reasons I tried it was because I was getting more muscle and tendon strains. There is some evidence to suggest creatine can help with this. So far so good. Subjectively, I would say I suffer less from muscle and tendon strains. I had read that creatine can initially cause a small weight gain and this was also true for me. It is not due to muscle growth, but fluid retained in the muscles. I plan to keep using creatine and in particular this brand.

I’ve only been using this regularly for about a week now. So I’m not sure how effective it’s going to be yet. What this review basically focuses on, is the taste and texture of this product. I have had no luck in getting it to completely dissolve in any beverage of any temperature. Very cold liquid seems to be the hardest for it to dissolve in. It also does have a bit of a taste. So it isn’t good in certain situations. It has a slight bitter taste which is of course, most noticeable in plain water.
