I had a problem with the item I received and the seller responded to my concern immediately after I wrote to her.Secondly, i have purchased it twice and would be purchasing again in future. I use this product specifically for my child who has eczema. He scratches his face until he bleeds and has his skin all broken and raw. Before coming across this product, I put just a thick regular socks on him but when he rubs the socks on his skin simultaneously every night in sleep, we wake up to a horrible red peeling skin with oozing fluid kind.. poor kid! After putting the handsocks on, it gives the area the time to heal without my son forcefully scratching the area. Since the product is super soft, it covers the fingernails and also it is so much of a better substitute than those regular socks. Thank you Casey!My son is 11 months. I bought medium. It fit snug. She actually has a partial palm and nubbins, her bones are slightly different in structure. We have been so worried about how she will function, but she surprised us all. When she turned 5 months she began to full on crawl which made her "little hand" rub on a bony area we were excited and worried because a prosthesis would be heavy, but if the rubbing continued it could lead to infection and possible amputation! Then we found Handsocks!!!!!!!!!! So THANKFUL for this product mittens would come off and not enough padding to protect her. After lots of research we found this awesome product. It goes up her arm and we can fold the cuff over to where it is more of a padding for her hand when she crawls. Our daycare has allowed us to use them and praised them on daily basis because they are not spending the day worrying about ulcerations or putting them on 20x a day. They stay on even with intense baby crawling, pulling and chewing! When our daughter was around 1yr old, she started getting little rashes on her chin that would never clear up. We were at our wits end trying different ways to keep her hands away from her face (especially while she slept). When I first put the handsock on she had a bit of a meltdown because, as any parent of a 1yr old knows, something new is also something scary. So, I sat with her and held her and then came up with the idea that I could tell her she was going to wear little kitty cat paws and be just like her cat brother. This was the winner. She immediately stopped crying and has not wanted to sleep a single night without her "yeow yeow paws" ever since. Which has been great for us because she will have little bumps and rashes that revisit and we don't even have to worry about her scratching in the night anymore.I HAVE had to safety pin them onto the sleeve of her pajamas for quite a while now, because eventually she figured out she could pull them off. And then not long after that, I had to start pinning the hand flap closed because she figured out how to get her hands out.
