Recommend to cook Al denté!
Addictive! I can’t stop eating this. I made a huge pot so the folks I was babysitting for over a weekend would have something to eat upon their return home but I ate it all myself!! I make these in to a warm lentil salad with cucumber, tomato, olive oil and lemon and it is absolutely delectable!

Great in a lentil forward recipe
These arrived quickly, the quality was great and they worked perfectly in my recipe. I'll buy them again. My recipe is for a Middle Eastern lentil forward dish, so the lentils have to be good. These hit the mark.

They make someone who doesn’t like lentils like them
I have changed to the Mediterranean way of eating therefore, lentils. I bought regular lentils in the store and hated them. I got the red split lentils and they’re not my favorite, but they are much tastier than the other ones I had. I make these with chicken broth and put a little bit of grated cheese in it and they really taste pretty good. I will buy them again.
