Overall, it does what I bought it for. Now I'll just have to see if it lasts in the sun and cold. The plastic is pretty thin and not very confidence inspiring. The included "gasket" strips are about 1mm thick foam, so you definitely need to be mounting it to a perfectly flat surface for them to work. I opted to use some caulk in place of the foam strips. When you're putting the two pieces together you have to be careful not to overtighten the screws because the little tabs they go into aren't very robust and I doubt they'd give you much warning before snapping off. Also, the little black strips where the two pieces meet is just foam stuck to the front meant to look like a seal.
